Featuring the GORE-TEX® Surround™ technology, the Alp Flow GTX breathe like crazy while maintaining a fully waterproof shoe. No sweaty feet here, baby, just maybe some stinky ones, which is absolutely amazing. If you do manage to get some water in your shoe, it dries out super quickly. Trust me, I know, because I managed to dunk my whole foot in a lake. Vibram soles keep your feet nice and grippy on whatever Mother Nature throws at you. The climbing-style lacing lets you dial in the perfectly tight fit for your feet. Salewa’s own 3F system ensure you have the right amount of flexibility, support and the perfect fit.

The Salewa Alp Flow hiking boots have gone with me on every single trip from the moment I got them before Memorial Day weekend backpacking, to Half Dome to 4th of July backpacking and they are still as comfortable as ever. No blisters, no hot spots, no weird rubbing. That’s winning to me.

Buy through Salewa, CampSaver, Amazon or REI (men’s) for $239.

These were sent to me for review.
